Kate Alexander creates a warm and trusting environment where clients can explore their emotions, challenges, and personal growth with compassionate support. Sessions are offered either in person from her counselling room in Marnhull, Dorset, online or by phone - whichever works best for you.

Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, confusing or simply harder than it used to be. You might be struggling with something specific, or perhaps you just know that things don’t feel quite right.

Counselling can offer you a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing and explore things at your own pace.

I offer warm, supportive and non-judgemental counselling for adults and young people aged 11 years and over. As a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor, I will work with you from a Person Centred perspective, as an individual, rather than expecting you to fit into a particular way of working.

You don’t need to have all the answers before you come. You don’t even need to know exactly what’s wrong. Sometimes having someone genuinely listen and try to understand can be the beginning of making changes.

My aim is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can be yourself, talk openly and feel heard.
